Privacy Notice (KVKK)
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), this notice explains why and on what legal basis we process the personal data you share through biojen.com, and what your rights are.

The BIOJEN® brand belongs to Onur Kimya İlaç Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. and ON PHARMA İlaç Sanayi A.Ş. The data controller for personal data collected via biojen.com is Onur Kimya İlaç Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti.

2. Data we process
Identity (name), contact (email, phone), professional details (organisation / pharmacy), the content of your message, security logs (IP address, browser details) and, if you subscribe, your newsletter consent record.
3. Purposes and legal bases
To receive and answer product, partnership, point-of-sale and press requests (KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f); to keep the website secure and meet legal obligations (art. 5/2-ç and 5/2-f); and, only with your explicit consent, to send newsletter emails (art. 5/1 and Law No. 6563). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Transfers
Data may be shared with ON PHARMA İlaç Sanayi A.Ş. (co-owner of the brand), hosting and email service providers, and competent authorities when legally required. Our email provider may store data abroad; such transfers rely on the safeguards set out in KVKK art. 9.
5. Retention and your rights
Request records are kept for 2 years after the request is closed; newsletter data until you withdraw consent. Under KVKK art. 11 you may request access, correction, deletion, information on transfers and compensation for unlawful processing by writing to bilgi@onurkimya.com. We respond within 30 days free of charge.
